Food Offerings
Our food program is designed to complement our coffee service with a focus on items prepared in-house and curated local partnerships. We provide a variety of baked goods, grilled wraps, and grab-and-go snacks across our Edmonton locations.
In-house baking
We bake a selection of items daily at our locations. Our core baking lineup includes:
- Muffins: A rotating selection of flavors, including our cheddar cornmeal muffin.
- Cookies: Varieties such as chocolate chip, oatmeal, and sunflower seed.
- Granola bars: Prepared in-house for a dense, portable snack option.
- Chia pudding: Available as a prepared breakfast or snack item.
Grilled wraps and bagels
For customers looking for more substantial meals, we offer grilled items that can be prepared to order:
- Grilled wraps: Available in breakfast, chicken, or veggie configurations.
- Toasted bagels: Served with a choice of butter or cream cheese.
Grab-and-go and confections
In addition to our house-made items, we stock specific retail and ready-to-eat products:
- Jacek Chocolate: We carry individual truffles, collection boxes (6 and 12 count), and chocolate bars from this local partner.
- Seasonal specials: We occasionally introduce seasonal food or drink additions, such as fruit-based matcha beverages during summer months.
Availability, dietary needs, and allergens
While we maintain a consistent core menu, several aspects of our food service rely on daily availability and seasonal rotations.
- Daily pastry selection: The specific muffin and cookie flavors available on any given day are managed at the store level based on the morning's bake.
- Vegan and gluten-free options: We currently offer a veggie wrap and certain chia puddings. For other items, availability can vary—please ask our team in-store for the most current options.
- Seasonal soups: Our soup offerings are seasonal. Please check the daily board for the current soup name and ingredients.
- Allergen handling: All in-house baking is performed in a shared kitchen environment. We do not currently have a certified gluten-free preparation area.
