# Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

## Workmanship warranty
All GTA ClimateCare installations include a **2-year workmanship warranty** covering defects in installation labour.

If a fault traces back to how we installed equipment — incorrect duct sizing, refrigerant charge, electrical connections, gas piping, condensate routing — we’ll return and correct it **at no charge for 24 months from the install date**.

## Manufacturer parts warranty
Equipment parts are covered by the **manufacturer’s warranty** (typically **5 to 10 years** on major components, **1 to 2 years** on consumables).

We register every install with the manufacturer on your behalf **within 7 days of install**.

Keep your install receipt — manufacturers require proof of professional installation for parts coverage.

## 100% satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the equipment we installed or the service we provided, tell us **within 30 days** and we’ll make it right — additional service visits, replacement equipment, or a **full refund of labour (at our option)**.

This guarantee applies only to GTA ClimateCare’s own work; manufacturer issues route through their warranty channels.

## Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper use, owner modifications, or third-party servicing
- Acts of nature (lightning strikes, flooding, freeze damage on un-winterized systems)
- Wear-and-tear items: filters, fuses, drive belts, thermocouples beyond first year
- Equipment relocated by another contractor

## How to make a warranty claim
Call **905-851-7007** with your install date and equipment serial number on hand.

We’ll dispatch a technician **within one business day** for warranty work; emergency cases are handled **same-day during business hours**.

Email confirmation of the claim follows **within 24 hours**.
