# WeCARE Maintenance & Protection Plans

Annual coverage for your home's heating, cooling, and water heating equipment.

## Why members choose WeCARE

Each plan tier bundles annual precision tune-ups with priority emergency dispatch and discounted repairs. Equipment that's properly maintained lasts longer, runs more efficiently, and is less likely to fail on the coldest or hottest days of the year. Members get to the front of the queue — same-day service when others wait two or three days.

## Tier 1 — WeCARE Basic ($199 / year)

- One precision tune-up per year (AC OR furnace — your choice)
- 10% off all parts and labour on repairs
- Priority queue for emergency dispatch
- Free reminders for filter changes

## Tier 2 — WeCARE Plus ($349 / year)

- Two precision tune-ups per year (AC + furnace)
- 15% off parts and labour on repairs
- Priority emergency dispatch (24/7)
- Free standard 1-inch filter replacement at each visit
- $50 credit toward a new equipment install

## Tier 3 — WeCARE Premium ($599 / year)

- Two precision tune-ups + one optional add-on visit
- 20% off parts and labour
- Same-day emergency dispatch (during business hours)
- After-hours emergency diagnostic fee waived
- Includes humidifier and tankless water heater servicing
- $100 credit toward a new equipment install, transferable on home sale

## Plan terms

- 12-month term, auto-renewing unless cancelled in writing 30 days before renewal
- Plans transfer to new owners if you sell your home (Plus and Premium tiers)
- First tune-up booked within 60 days of enrolment
- Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days only
- Excludes: replacement equipment, refrigerant top-ups beyond 1lb/year, parts no longer manufactured
